Commisioned to create a three minute film about nailing, I choose a series of clips from a 1990's instructional video of Larry Haun, demonstrating timber framed house building techniques.                                Larry Haun was an American master carpenter and teacher, who made a series of instruction manuals and related videos for Taunton Press.

The video is complemented by Trini Lopez's version of "If I Had a Hammer", a 1949 protest song written by Pete Seeger and Lee Hays.
