A temporary café converted from a derelict 1930's town hall building, Gonju City, South Korea.
Commissoned by the British Council and working in partnership with Gonju City Council's regeneration team, and the National University of Cultural Heritage. The brief was to convert the building into a community café and event space as the city's first culture-led regeneration project.
Curated by Clare Cumberlidge, and also featuring work by Anthony Burrill (graphic and fabric design), Fabien Cappello (outdoor benches and tables) and Linda Brothwell (utensils & cake platters).
